This page is maintained by Rhasha Restaurant (Rotterdam, Netherlands) to explain how we handle your personal data when you use our website, place an order, or reserve a table. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we collect

• Essential: table number, cart contents, and order details required to serve your order.
• Account (optional): name, email, phone — when you register.
• Reservations: name, phone, optional email, party size, date/time.
• Consent log: your GDPR choices, stored for compliance.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, manage reservations, improve our service, and (only with consent) send promotional offers.

Hosting & data location

Our app and database are hosted in the European Union. Where any third-party processor is used outside the EEA, we rely on European Commission adequacy decisions.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@rhasha.com.

Retention

Order data is kept for the period required by Dutch tax law. Reservation data is deleted 12 months after the booking.
